The client instructs the firm that answers.

Prodesignr builds an AI front desk for your firm. It answers every new-matter enquiry by phone, website and email, captures the details for a conflict check, quotes your fixed-fee work and books the consultation with the right solicitor. It never gives legal advice.

What it handles. And the line it never crosses.

Everything below is logistics and information your firm has already approved. Nothing below is advice about a matter.

Answer every enquiry, 24/7

Lunchtime, after 5pm, and while reception is on another call. Every caller gets a person-quality answer and a next step, not voicemail.

Never comments on the merits of the matter.

Screen by practice area

Asks what happened, when, and what the caller needs, using the questions your fee earners would ask, and routes to the right team or declines work you don't take.

Never assesses whether the case is strong.

Capture conflict-check details

Names of all parties collected before anyone at the firm speaks to the caller, and sent to compliance. The firm runs the check; the agent only collects.

Never hears confidential detail before the check.

Quote fixed-fee work

Conveyancing, wills, LPAs, probate, uncontested divorce. Reads from your published price matrix and books the appointment in the same call.

Never quotes outside the matrix you signed off.

Book, reschedule, remind

Consultations matched to practice area, seniority and availability. Reminders that ask for a reply and reschedule if the answer is no.

Never books a solicitor who isn't cleared for that work.

Chase documents, ID and money on account

Client care letters, AML documents, payslips, property forms. Requested, reminded, confirmed received. Nothing interpreted, only collected.

Never advises on what a document means.

Start with the front desk. Add the rest when you trust it.

Each package is built and integrated for your firm. No platform to configure.

Built for a regulated profession.

The guardrails aren't a footnote. They're what lets your COLP say yes.

No legal advice, ever
The agent gives process, prices and logistics. If a caller asks "do I have a case", it says that's a question for the solicitor and books the consultation.
Conflicts before confidences
Party names are captured and sent for a conflict check before the caller is invited to share the substance of the matter.
Identity before any live matter
Existing clients are verified against the details you hold before anything about their file is discussed, on any channel.
Vulnerable callers go to a person
Distress, urgency or anything outside remit triggers a warm handoff to your on-duty number, with the transcript attached.
Every transcript reviewable
Calls, chats and emails are logged with the actions taken, retained to your policy, and visible to compliance.
Different rules per practice area
Conveyancing, family, employment and private client each run on their own script, questions and escalation rules.

Works with your calendar first, your case system when you're ready.

The Front Desk package needs only your calendar. Case Status connects to your practice management system. Exact scope is confirmed at the demo.

Questions partners ask us.

Is this compliant with SRA rules on who can give advice?

The agent is designed never to advise. It gives information your firm has approved, collects details, quotes from your matrix and books. Your COLP can review every transcript. We'll walk through the scripts with your compliance officer before go-live.

What happens if a caller starts describing their case in detail?

It captures the party names first, then tells the caller a solicitor will take the detail at the consultation, and books it. It doesn't probe the substance.

Can it decline work we don't take?

Yes. You tell us what you don't do (for example criminal or immigration) and it politely says so and, if you wish, suggests the caller contacts the Law Society's find-a-solicitor service.

Where is the data held?

In the UK, under UK GDPR, with retention set to your policy. We'll provide our data processing agreement before you sign anything.

Will callers know it's an AI?

Yes. It introduces itself as the firm's assistant and offers a person at any point. Most callers want their question answered and a time in the diary.

Hear it screen a new enquiry before you decide.

Book a 20-minute demo. We'll run a sample intake call for one of your practice areas and walk your compliance officer through the guardrails.

Hear it take a call

You'll be talking to an agent set up for a law firm. It answers as that business, books appointments and hands over to a person when it should.
