Results day, open days, 3am in Lagos. Every enquiry answered.

Prodesignr builds an AI enquiry team for universities, colleges and schools. It answers applicants and parents by phone, website chat and email in any time zone, registers open-day visitors, follows up unfinished applications, chases enrolment documents and runs the absence line. deadline for the accommodation deposit? my offer letter says 30th but the portal says 15th
The 15th is correct. Your offer letter predates the update. I’ve flagged the discrepancy to admissions so it’s corrected. Would you like a reminder on the 12th?

Your enquiries arrive in spikes. Your team doesn't.

The agent handles hundreds of conversations at once on the days that matter, and stays quiet the rest of the year.

Every school morning

The absence line

Parents report absences by phone or text; the agent logs them, and unexplained absences are chased by call until a parent responds.

Two very different front desks. One agent, two rulebooks.

A university admissions line and a school office are not the same job. The agent is built for whichever you run.

Built for institutions that answer to parents, regulators and the public.

The lines are set with your safeguarding lead and your admissions team before the agent speaks to anyone.

Safeguarding goes to a person, every time
Any mention of a child's welfare, a disclosure, or a distressed caller triggers an immediate handoff to your designated safeguarding lead with the transcript. The agent never asks follow-up questions about it.
No admissions decisions
It explains criteria, deadlines and process from your published policy. It never says whether someone will get a place or an offer.
Identity before any pupil or applicant record
Parents and applicants are verified against the details you hold before anything on a record is discussed.
Data of minors handled to your policy
UK GDPR, data held in the UK, retention set by you, and a full log of every conversation and action.
Published information only
Fees, requirements, dates and policies come from documents you've signed off. If it isn't there, the agent says so and routes the question.
Your team sees everything
Transcripts, logged absences, bookings and handoffs are visible to the office and admissions, in the systems they already use.

Connects to the systems your office already uses.

Questions heads and admissions directors ask us.

What happens if a child or parent discloses something on the absence line?

The agent stops, tells the caller a member of staff will speak to them now, and transfers to your safeguarding lead or office with the transcript attached. It doesn't ask questions about it and doesn't record a judgement.

Can it cope with results day?

Yes. It handles as many simultaneous calls, chats and emails as arrive, answers availability and requirements from the information you publish that morning, and passes anyone who needs an academic or an admissions decision straight to your team.

Does it answer in other languages?

In the languages you approve, using the same published information. Anything it isn't confident about in a given language is routed to a person.

Will it give parents information about another family's child?

No. Callers are verified against the contact details you hold before any pupil record is discussed, and the agent only sees the records you've permitted.

How is this different from a chatbot on the website?

It works across phone, chat and email with one memory of each enquiry, it books and chases rather than only answering, and it's built and integrated for your institution rather than configured by your team.

Hear it handle an open-day enquiry before you decide.

Book a 20-minute demo. We'll run a sample admissions call and a sample absence-line call, and walk your safeguarding lead through the handoff.
