Terms of service

Last updated 14 September 2026

Draft for review. This describes what the product actually does today. It is not legal advice — have your counsel review it before you take real calls, particularly the recording, retention and outbound-calling sections.

Who we are

The service is provided by Prodesignr Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17438584, with its registered office at Suite 10, Capital House, 61 Amhurst Road, London E8 1LL, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Prodesignr Technologies Limited.

What the service is

Prodesignr.ai answers your practice's phone. You configure what it may talk about, what it may say, and when it should fetch a person instead; it answers calls on a number we provide, books into your diary, takes messages and transfers callers to the number you give us.

It is software, not a member of staff. It will occasionally mishear a name, and it will say it does not know rather than guess — which is the behaviour we want and not a fault to report.

It does not give clinical advice

The agent is instructed never to give clinical or medical advice, including whether a symptom is serious or urgent. Do not configure it to. If you add knowledge or topics that cause it to, that is your decision and your liability.

It is not for emergencies. Your greeting and your topics should make that plain to callers.

Calls you place

If you use outbound calling, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to call each person. Every outbound call requires a consent reference recorded against it, and we keep that record — because “we could not show why we called” is not a defence under the TCPA, PECR or their equivalents.

Calling hours are enforced per practice and cannot be raised by you. Anyone who asks not to be called again is added to a suppression list and no later campaign can reach them.

Recording

Recording is off until you switch it on. If you switch it on, you are responsible for telling callers before they speak — the default greeting says the call may be recorded, and removing that line while leaving recording on is the mistake this paragraph exists to prevent.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself. Anyone signed in as you can change what the agent says to your patients. Owners and admins can change configuration; members can look but not change.

Numbers, concurrency and your daily outbound allowance are set by us as part of your plan. You cannot raise your own limits, and that is on purpose.

Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Calls depend on our systems, on our telephony carrier and on a third-party language model, any of which can fail. When the agent cannot answer, callers are told plainly and offered a person where one is configured — which is why keeping a valid transfer number on your account matters.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time; we delete your tenant, calls and transcripts. Export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend an account that is being used to call people unlawfully, and we will tell you why.

Questions about any of this? Get in touch and a person will answer.
